1. Acceptance of Terms
By booking or participating in any activity, including retreats, hunting, or fishing at Upper Oxbow, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Ensure you understand and accept all terms before proceeding with your reservation.

2. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Hunting & Fishing Specific: The deposit is non refundable. Cancellations more than 3 months before the scheduled activity may receive a partial refund or credit towards a future booking. Cancellations made within 3 months of the scheduled activity are non refundable.
  • Retreat Specific: The deposit is non refundable. Cancellations more than 30 days before the scheduled retreat may receive a partial refund or credit towards a future booking. Cancellations made within 30 days of the scheduled retreat date are non refundable.
  • Severe Weather or Unforeseen Events: Upper Oxbow reserves the right to cancel activities due to severe weather or unforeseen events. In such cases, guests may be offered to reschedule. No refunds.

3. Changes by Upper Oxbow
We reserve the right to make changes to the itinerary, accommodations, or scheduled activities due to operational needs, weather conditions, or enhanced guest experiences.
Guests will be offered alternative arrangements, but refunds due to these changes will not be available.

4. Liability Waiver
Participants in hunting, fishing, and retreat activities must sign a liability waiver acknowledging the inherent risks associated with these activities and agreeing not to hold Upper Oxbow liable for injuries or losses.

5. Privacy Policy
Upper Oxbow respects your privacy. Personal information collected during the booking process will be used solely for processing your booking and will not be shared with third parties without your explicit consent.

6. Accommodation and Facility Use
Guests are expected to respect Upper Oxbow facilities and accommodations. Any damages caused during the stay may result in charges to cover repairs or replacement.

7. Health and Safety
Participants are expected to comply with all safety guidelines and instructions provided by Upper Oxbow staff during activities. Upper Oxbow is not responsible for incidents that occur due to non-compliance with these guidelines.

8. Additional Policies

  • Pets: Please inquire about our pet policy if you wish to bring pets during your stay.
  • Children: Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult during all activities.
